Wholesale terms for HASSAN DEALS UK LTD

1. Prices: All prices are quoted in GBP, exclusive of VAT unless stated. Quotes are valid for 7 days or while stock lasts.

2. Orders: Orders are confirmed by email. No minimum order value.

3. Payment: Pro-forma for first orders unless agreed otherwise. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

4. Delivery: UK-wide delivery from Wolverhampton. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes on delivery.

5. Damages: Report shortages/damages within 48 hours with photos for replacement or credit.

6. Returns: Perishable/short-dated lines are non-returnable unless faulty. Other returns by prior agreement.
